Congress is feeling the heat on Section 702 renewal, but you can’t back down now!
Moments ago, Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT), who is no friend to liberty, offered a compromise amendment to Section 702 to try to sway legislators who say they will oppose a “clean” renewal.
You see, as of right now, House Speaker Mike Johnson does not have the votes to bring H.R. 8035 to the floor.
It’s up to you and me to keep it that way!
If the Himes amendment passes, we may lose the chance to get a REAL warrant requirement added to Section 702 for years to come.
That’s why you need to call your U.S. Representative AGAIN and tell them to vote “NO” on H.R. 8035.
If there isn’t a REAL warrant requirement, this bill needs to go down in flames!
Contact your U.S. Representative at 202-224-3121 RIGHT NOW and DEMAND they oppose the Himes amendment and vote NO on H.R. 8035 unless a REAL warrant requirement is included.

The pressure is on Congress right now as Speaker Mike Johnson is pushing hard to get the votes to RAM through warrantless spying on Americans for another 18 months.
Johnson and his Deep State allies will tell you FISA Section 702 is essential for your safety.
But at what cost?
They seem too willing to throw the U.S. Constitution aside.
What about your 4th Amendment Right to no search and seizure without a proper warrant?
The clock is ticking right now.
In less than a week, Section 702 will expire . . .
And the Deep State will lose their “crown jewel” which allows them to dig into your personal emails, texts, phone calls, voice mails, and social media posts.
