Joe Biden just announced his vice presidential pick: Senator Kamala Harris!
Senator Kamala Harris is an incredible leader, a strong progressive champion, and an excellent choice to help Joe Biden lead our nation after we elect this Democratic ticket in November.
John, we need to do everything we can to defeat President Trump and the Republicans this November. That’s why I am so excited about this strong Democratic ticket -- because I know that we can count on Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to get this job done.
And when we elect this ticket, we’ll also be breaking ground and making history. Kamala Harris will be the first woman and first person of color to serve as Vice President of the United States.
