I don’t doubt that running a campaign is giving me some gray hairs, but this doctored image that national Republicans put out certainly made me do a double take.

I showed it to my husband just in case, and he’s assured me that I haven’t aged quite this much yet. Nope, they’re just resorting to silly political tactics. That’s because Sen. Cornyn and his allies know he can’t defeat me on the issues. After 18 years of standing with special interests over Texans, there isn’t much he can say about what he’s done, so his team had to resort to doctoring my photo.

C’mon, y’all. Can you help me raise $15,000 right now to show them that their predictable political tricks are going to backfire?

Listen, this one’s pretty funny, but they’re not going to stop at photos on the internet. Sen. Cornyn and his DC allies are desperate to keep this Senate seat. And with the most recent poll showing us just one point behind, they’re going to spend millions attacking me, distorting who I am and what I stand for.

We’ve got to be ready to fight back. Let’s beat Sen. Cornyn and their deceptive campaigning by telling Texans the truth -- that Sen. Cornyn has been in the Senate for 18 years and has spent all of that time fighting on behalf of special interests rather than everyday Texans. Pitch in and help me win in November.
