HUGE: New ratings show key Senate races are shifting toward Democrats

Political experts at the Cook Political Report just updated their ratings for two of the most important Senate races in the country:

📍 Ohio: Lean Republican → NOW: Toss-up
📍 North Carolina: Toss-up → NOW: Lean Democrat
