John -- AOC. Rashida Tlaib. Jamaal Bowman. And now...Cori Bush. These Brand New Congress candidates have all won, and won BIG, in their districts. 

These aren’t career politicians, or party cronies. They are activists. They all stood on the front lines in their communities to fight for voting rights, police reform and immigration rights, doing real work in their communities. Now they are taking that work to Congress. 

Rashida Tlaib and AOC wasted no time on Capitol Hill after their swearing in. They've since introduced legislation written for the people and by the people, not by corporations. AOC boldly introduced the Green New Deal only weeks after being sworn in. Rashida called for impeachment, because of Trump’s inhumane treatment of migrants.
