Patriot,

The Swamp is in a tizzy. . .

They are down to the wire on FISA Section 702 renewal, the Spy States’s “crown jewel” that allows them to spy on you and me without a warrant.

But the statists haven’t yet secured the votes they need to ensure their stranglehold over your rights.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) plans to bring Section 702 renewal to the House floor as soon as Wednesday, April 15.

Right now, Speaker Johnson and his Surveillance State pals are applying extreme pressure to FORCE the outcome they want.

That’s why it’s so CRITICAL you and I MELT THE PHONELINES of our U.S. Representatives and make them feel the heat.

Wild claims are being made right now about the “need” to renew Section 702 with no changes. They are claiming safeguards were put in place two years ago that protect your rights.

But that’s simply not true!

In fact, a U.S. court that oversees FISA found the so-called “privacy protections” “deficient” for U.S. citizens.

And insiders are reporting the FBI continues to hide the actual number of searches conducted on Americans.

Not only that, but they are STILL defying the audit requirements lawmakers like Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) deemed “essential” in 2024!

It’s clear the statists can NEVER be trusted – no matter how many so-called “safeguards” are put in place!

That’s why it’s CRITICAL you contact your U.S. Representative at 202-224-3121 RIGHT NOW and DEMAND they oppose H.R. 8035 - the “clean” renewal of warrantless mass surveillance under FISA Section 702.

Tell your representative to demand a warrant requirement BEFORE the government can spy on you!

Patriot, the headlines say it all.

There is so much uncertainty on Capitol Hill right now surrounding renewal of FISA Section 702.

The Deep State’s “crown jewel,” which allows the statists to gobble up all sorts of your personal data like your emails, text messages, phone calls, and social media posts, is set to expire on April 20 . . .

. . . unless Congress steps in and gives the Deep State the authority to continue to abuse the Constitution.

Things are going to move fast this week!

The statists flipped some members of Congress who once demanded a warrant requirement to look at the data of innocent Americans. Were they bought off or threatened . . . or both?

But now is the time for our big push to strike a major blow to the Deep State and their apologists.

The vast majority of Americans don’t want their own government to spy on them.

Most Americans believe the government should get a warrant -- like the 4th Amendment requires -- if they think you have committed a crime.

You can be sure Mike Johnson and his cronies are going to try every trick in the book to RAM an 18-month “clean” extension through this week.

They have no other choice.

But you and I also have no other choice than to turn up the pressure with petitions, phone calls, and knocks on the doors in Congress.

I will personally deliver your signed petitions to Congress tomorrow, but it is extremely important you and I also keep their phones ringing off the hook!

Call your U.S. Representative at 202-224-3121 RIGHT NOW and DEMAND they oppose H.R. 8035 - the “clean” renewal of warrantless mass surveillance under FISA Section 702.

Tell them NO RENEWAL WITHOUT A WARRANT REQUIREMENT!

Tell them to vote NO on H.R. 8035.

The Spy State goons like John Brennan and James Clapper say “if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear.”

But that’s not the way the Constitution works.

Which is why you and I need to keep the pressure on Congress -- through petitions and phone calls and knocking on their office doors -- telling them to follow the Constitution and demanding real reform on Section 702.

No warrant? No access to your personal information!

Call your U.S. Representative at 202-224-3121 RIGHT NOW and DEMAND they oppose H.R. 8035 - the “clean” renewal of warrantless mass surveillance under FISA Section 702.

Tell your representative to demand a warrant requirement BEFORE the government can spy on you!

We can beat their lies.

But we can’t let up!

Take action now and let’s strike a HUGE blow to the Spy State, the Deep State, and the D.C. Swamp!

For liberty,
