Hi John,

Jenna Ellis, a senior legal adviser to President Trump, purposely misgendered Pennsylvania’s top doctor in a transphobic attack.

The Fox News frequent and Trump puppet shared an outdated story from May about a Pittsburgh reporter publicly using the wrong pronouns while directly addressing Dr. Levine. In response, Dr. Levine replied, “Please don’t misgender me.”

Ellis just now shared the article, but not before adding this abhorrent comment: “This guy is making decisions about your health.”

Since the start of the pandemic, Pennsylvania Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine has continued to provide us with calm and clear daily updates, keeping us informed and safe. She has been direct and focused on the facts, following the science to ensure Pennsylvanians have all the knowledge necessary to make it through this crisis.

Unfortunately, through it all, people have continuously misgendered Dr. Levine -- an out and proud transgender woman serving the Commonwealth. Still, Dr. Levine continues to put her all into providing us with sound recommendations to lead us out of the pandemic.

We are so grateful for and appreciative of the work Dr. Levine has done in the past few months as Pennsylvania Secretary of Health. Today, we are conducting a survey and would love to hear from you.

Will you stand with Dr. Rachel Levine?
