Now we’ve wiped out his lead, and the momentum is on our side. But he and his big-money backers are spending more than ever to try to stop us.

Joe Kennedy’s flip-flop on super PACs is a clear example of just how desperate his campaign is.

Two months ago, Joe Kennedy was adamant, saying “we don’t need [a super PAC].”

But now that his lead has evaporated, he’s changed his position. He’s been silent while his brother raises money for his super PAC. There are even reports that his dad might be pouring millions into the super PAC himself.

So let me level with you here: Our opponents are going to spend and say whatever it takes to try to defeat us. Joe Kennedy has been launching negative, craven attacks for weeks, and his super PAC is on the air with negative ads.
