ATLANTA – Last week, Kelly Loeffler received a 100-percent rating on Heritage Action for America's legislative scorecard for the 116th Congress. Senator Loeffler is the ONLY senator to receive a perfect score – proving that she is the strongest conservative candidate in her race for U.S. Senate.
