Mail Delays Fuel Concern Trump Is Undercutting Postal System Ahead of Voting - New York Times
John,
We already knew there was a lot on the line for the November election, but now, there's more at stake than ever before.
Donald Trump and his administration continue to make massive cuts to the United States Postal Service, effectively slowing down service as we creep closer to the general election -- in which millions of Americans plan to vote by mail.
We can't stand for it, John. We have to fight back and ensure that every single voter can safely and securely make their voice heard in November. And we need Congress to step in to make it happen.
Add your name right now and demand that Congress save the Post Office.

Vote-by-mail numbers are going to be unprecedented in this election. In Florida, over 3 million people have signed up to vote by mail in the general election. In 2016, only 1.3 million Floridians had done so.
Considering that the USPS is responsible for delivering every single one of these ballots -- and tens of millions more across the country -- we need to be rallying behind the service and giving it even more support.
But instead, Trump would rather decimate the backbone of our vote-by-mail system and attack mail-in voting, despite voting by mail himself.
It's an attack on our democracy, John, and we have to act now in order to secure the general election in less than three months. Sign the petition right now and demand Congress save the Post Office.
