Hi John,

In just a few short weeks, students across Texas will be heads-down in
finals, packing up their dorms, and heading home for the summer. For
Powered by People, that means our window to reach them where they live and
study is closing fast.

Summer is a natural lull in the academic calendar, so we’re doing
everything we can to leave it all on the field before the semester ends.

Beto is on the road every single week in April to keep that momentum
going. We just wrapped up an incredible week in the Rio Grande Valley, and
next week we’re heading to Houston and College Station. From there, we’ll
be in Dallas before closing out the month in Central Texas.

Our goal is simple but ambitious: reach every student and make sure they
are registered and ready for the midterms before they leave campus.

This work is only possible because of you. Keeping organizers on the
ground and Beto on the road every week takes significant resources. Your
donations are the fuel for these trips–covering the gas, the supplies, and
the technology that allows our volunteers to turn a quick conversation
with a student into a lifelong voter.
