New Developments in Clinical Research

The journey to end cystic fibrosis isn’t a straight line. It’s an evolving map with many paths and unique challenges. It requires an ambitious research agenda to accelerate treatments and drug development for the underlying cause of the disease and ultimately deliver a cure.

We know that the latest research developments are important to the CF community, so we’re excited to share four new videos with you. These interviews with some of the leading researchers in the field highlight how we're moving forward on our Path to a Cure, including what treatments we’re exploring for nonsense and rare mutations, genetic therapies that could restore CFTR function in all people with CF, and new developments in CFTR modulators. We also interviewed a leading expert on inflammation to discuss research underway to tackle this important complication of CF.

You can watch the new research videos along with videos on other topics such as infection and nutritional and gastrointestinal issues, by visiting New Developments in Clinical Research ([link removed]) on cff.org.
