They’re starting to turn the screws.

With FISA Section 702 set to expire in just 11 days, the Spy State is scrambling to get an 18-month “clean” renewal of 702.

The news headline from two days ago says:

But when you look at the laundry list of these “veterans,” it has to give you pause . . . if you can even believe what they say to begin with.

Among the signers of a letter to Congress are James Clapper, former Director of National Intelligence, and John Brennan, former Director of the CIA.

Ironically, these two, who want us to trust and believe them, are both implicated in spreading the Russia election hoax from the 2016 election and for lying to Congress about the hoax and the “crown jewel” of the government’s spy program . . .

. . . the same spy program you and I are working to un-do!

During a U.S. Senate hearing in March 2013, Clapper was asked if the NSA collects “any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans.”

“No sir,” Mr. Clapper responded. “Not wittingly.”

Three months later it was revealed the NSA had been compelling U.S. telecommunication providers for copies of telephone records, known as metadata, for essentially every call and text occurring over domestic networks.

Clapper’s response: “I didn’t lie, I made a big mistake.”

That’s the way the Deep State operates.

They lie until they get caught.

And then they offer less than half an apology, if they offer one at all.

And they brazenly push for more authority to keep breaking the 4th Amendment to spy on innocent Americans.

As the clock ticks closer and closer to April 20, you and I need to keep up the pressure on Congress, who will ultimately decide if our government can keep getting away with breaking the law or if they’ll respect our Constitutional rights!

The 4th Amendment guarantees your rights against illegal search and seizure.

But time after time, the federal government has been caught looking at private emails, texts, and phone calls of innocent Americans . . . all without a warrant.

The Spy State goons – like John Brennan and James Clapper – will say “if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear.”

But that’s not the way the Constitution works.
