The City of Ann Arbor is encouraging all residents and businesses in the city to sign up now to receive critical communications and emergency messages through a new alert system, Everbridge. The city will change over to this new system, joining Washtenaw County, and replacing CodeRED, beginning Thursday, Aug. 13.
