Let’s turn corporate profits into community power.

Dear John,

We’re proud to be one of the core partners behind the Eugene Clean Energy Fund (ECEF), and we couldn’t be more excited to share that the official campaign launch is next week! ([link removed]) We want you there to celebrate with us.

Join us April 16, 5:30-7 p.m. at Claim 52 ([link removed]) for a kick-off party to power up the Eugene Clean Energy Fund. Be among the first to sign the petition and help us secure a spot on the November ballot. Hear from organizers and supporters, ask your questions, and find out how you can get involved.

What is the Eugene Clean Energy Fund?

ECEF is a bold, community-driven initiative that turns corporate profits into community power. Through a modest 2% fee on large corporations operating in Eugene – those earning $1 billion or more nationally (think Target, Walmart, etc.) – ECEF will fund clean energy projects and build climate resilience across our entire city. It’s estimated that this will raise $15 million for just transition, job training, and community resilience projects! It’s practical, it’s equitable, and it’s long overdue.

Here’s how you can help advance this innovative climate policy right now:
* 🗓️ Show up: Attend ([link removed]) the April 16 kick-off at Claim 52
* ✅ Pledge your vote: Commit ([link removed]) to voting "yes" in November
* 💲 Donate: Every dollar ([link removed]) fuels the campaign
* 📢 Spread the word: Follow @eugenecleanenergyfund on Instagram ([link removed]) , Facebook ([link removed]) , and BlueSky ([link removed]) and share with your network
* 🌐 Learn more: Visit eugenecleanenergyfund.org

Breach has helped build this initiative and now we’re asking you to help us level up. Together, we can ensure that in November, voters will have a chance to make Eugene a leader in the transition to clean energy.

We can’t wait to see you on April 16.

In solidarity,

The Breach Collective Team
