Jack,

Congratulations are in order for Tom Tiffany, who delivered the best quote
of the day: "We got our butts kicked...but every election is unique."

Chris Taylor won the Supreme Court race by 20+ points. AP called it in 40
minutes. The court now has a 5-2 progressive majority — the biggest in
decades — and Taylor's margin was even bigger than the last three liberal
wins, which were all in the 10-point range.

That's four straight Supreme Court wins for progressive candidates in
Wisconsin. Since 2017, progressive and Democratic-aligned candidates have
won 19 of the last 24 statewide races in Wisconsin. Not close races.
Decisive wins.

But it's the map that tells the real story. Taylor won at least 24
counties that Trump carried in 2024 — including Sheboygan (Trump+16),
Marathon (Trump+19), and Vilas (Trump+23). She flipped Ozaukee County —
one of the three WOW counties — for the first time in over 60 years. She
shrank the Waukesha County margin to single digits.

Speaking of Waukesha, on the same night, Alicia Halvensleben won the
mayor's race, beating State Rep. Scott Allen, one of the most conservative
Republicans in the Legislature. The WOW county wall is crumbling.

CNN called last night [ [link removed] ]one of the best election nights of the Trump era.
Analysts said the swings in Wisconsin and Georgia were more than double
the average this year. Meanwhile, seven of our Republican state lawmakers
have retired in the last three months — including the leaders of both
chambers. When the other side's leaders start heading for the exits, you
know something's changed.

So what does all this mean? The stage is set for a progressive blue wave
in Wisconsin. We've secured the court. We've undone the gerrymander and
made the maps fair. The voters are choosing their elected officials, not
the other way around.

The people are coming together to demand better, and we're going to
deliver. Because working families deserve a government that works for them
and answers to them.

That's why I'm running for governor — to create permanent affordability in
Wisconsin. It’s time for universal childcare. Paid leave for all. Cheaper
healthcare. Fully funded public schools. A fair tax code.

This is our moment. If we keep this up, we can kickstart a whole new era
in Wisconsin. But we can’t do it without you.

[ [link removed] ]Every dollar you give right now goes directly into reaching more
voters, knocking more doors, and making sure we don't waste the best
opportunity Wisconsin has had in a generation.

Wisconsin is ready. Let's go.
