Two weeks ago the Senate let federal COVID-19 unemployment benefits expire, leaving millions of Americans without the assistance they need to pay for basic necessities like rent and food.

It's been months since the last COVID-19 bill went into effect, and we're still facing the same challenges we were facing then. Now over 150,000 American lives have been lost, and millions are unemployed. We're in a crisis, and Granite Staters can't wait any longer.

Chris and his Democratic colleagues in the House have already passed the next COVID-19 relief bill to send urgent support to small businesses and families, but Senate Republicans are refusing to take it to a vote. We need a bipartisan COVID-19 relief bill that addresses unemployment benefits, testing and contact tracing, help for small businesses, and support for our state and local governments to protect the lives and livelihoods of our families and communities.
