In response to Rep. Ted Yoho’s empty “apology,” first-term Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez delivered a GLORIOUS takedown, making an example of his sexist comments towards her on the steps of the Capitol.

This isn’t the first time women in elected office have been bullied, harassed, or intimidated for speaking up -- and considering the GOP’s fear of powerful women, we know it won’t be the last.

Men like Yoho and Trump will continue making misogynistic comments like this to undermine women. But we can't allow any more little girls -- or boys -- to grow up in a world where this is how our leadership acts.
