Right now, arms are being twisted in the Swamp to force renewal of FISA Section 702 with NO changes.
The congressional showdown is just around the corner. You and I have just 12 days until the Spy State’s Crown Jewel expires.
House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) is hoping to bring a “clean” renewal to the House floor so he can satisfy his Deep State handlers and accelerate their unconstitutional surveillance on you and me.
Just days ago, the FBI’s new pre-crime center was revealed through a new budget request, and it is dedicated to “proactively” hunting dissident Americans.
Patriot, it is CRITICAL you and I cut off the Surveillance States’ ability to spy on you and me without probable cause, the proper warrants, and court approval!
This is our best chance in years to take a SLEDGEHAMMER to the growing surveillance state in Washington, D.C. But I’m afraid if you and I don’t take action RIGHT NOW, it will slip through our fingers.
If you and I can stop its straight-up reauthorization, the NSA and its spy state pals will LOSE a massive, anti-Fourth Amendment surveillance authority.
The problem is many U.S. Representatives who called for a warrant requirement before the Feds go snooping in your text messages, emails, phone calls, and browsing history are starting to get cold feet.
That’s why it’s CRITICAL you contact your U.S. Representative at 202-224-3121 RIGHT NOW and DEMAND they oppose renewal of warrantless mass surveillance under FISA Section 702.
Just last month, FBI Director Kash Patel, once a hardliner against 702 abuses, told Congress he’d like to see a straight-up “clean” renewal for 5 to 10 years!
And CIA Director John Ratcliffe told the House Intelligence Committee the 18-month renewal proposal isn’t nearly long enough.
And perhaps most disappointing is Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH).
Jordan chairs the House Judiciary Committee and opposed an extension of 702 in 2024 without the warrant requirement. Now Jordan’s take is that he’s done more for Section 702 reform than anyone else and an 18-month renewal is just fine.
But at the same time, there are many representatives who are a hard “no” or are on the fence.
That’s why you and I need to turn up the pressure on Congress TODAY.
Call your U.S. Representative at 202-224-3121 IMMEDIATELY and tell them “Warrants or bust!” Demand they oppose Section 702 renewal without a warrant requirement.
Then sign your online postcard to your U.S. Representative ([link removed]) if you haven’t already, telling them no renewal without a warrant requirement, because that’s what the Constitution guarantees you and me!
