We've known it all along: women are natural leaders.

And now there's data to prove it: a recent research paper published in the Journal of Applied Psychology found that during the ongoing health crisis, women governors have provided better outcomes for their constituents than men in the same position.

We have to elect more women.

According to this research, women leaders "expressed more empathy and confidence" in their briefings, took earlier and more decisive action than men in identical roles, and have ultimately saved many, many lives during the course of the COVID-19 pandemic.
