We have to act now -- the Trump Administration is trying to sue the Affordable Care Act out of existence.

A successful lawsuit would kick 23 million Americans off of their health insurance, revoke protections from 130 million Americans with pre-existing conditions, get rid of the Medicaid expansion that covers 15 million Americans, take away young adults' ability to stay on their parents' health insurance until 26, and so much more.

In the middle of this unprecedented healthcare emergency, the Trump Administration actively works against the needs of the American people. If Trump dismantles the ACA now, 3 million more Americans are expected to lose health insurance than what was predicted before the pandemic.

This total disregard for the needs of the American people will not stand.
