Donald Trump just endorsed Steve Hilton.

That means, whether we like it or not, Donald Trump is now in the governor’s race.

We’re already feeling the effects of Donald Trump in the White House. Our national economy is crashing under the weight of tariffs, war, legal citizens being abused by masked ICE thugs, and the unchecked “if prices rise, they rise.”

We can’t let him and the far-right movement hijack our state, too.

But if we elect Steve Hilton, that’s exactly what will happen.

In addition, like some of my Democratic opponents, Hilton has the billionaire crypto bro connections and right-wing media support. If he’s elected, our state is at risk of the same reckless cuts of entire public services and well-paying jobs that Trump and his cronies have wrecked us with at the federal level.

We’re not going to beat this machine by rolling out the same failed statewide candidates as before.

If we’re going to beat the extremist movement for good, we have to fix the economy. I can do that.

I am the most qualified candidate to deliver results to Californians because we can't take on Trump’s affordability crisis without a Governor who can fix the state budget. I’ve beaten Trump at his game his first term, which no other candidate can say.

So much is at stake, and it’s on us to ensure California remains a firewall against Trump’s pain. With two months left, we need every last resource to mobilize a winning campaign.
