When a pandemic hit America, AFSCME members got to work. In 2020, we rushed to the front lines to save lives and keep our communities strong. It’s like nothing we ever faced before, and we were ready and prepared.

This year, we will honor the incredible work done by AFSCME members and the solidarity that gets us through any challenge. Two years ago, many believed a Supreme Court decision sounded a death knell for our union. Instead we emerged stronger than ever, and today we are helping our communities survive a pandemic and working to defeat racial and economic injustice.
