The Animal Law Conference is Going Virtual

Animal Legal Defense Fund

Dear John,

We’re excited to share that registration for the virtual Animal Law Conference is open! Don’t miss the country’s premiere animal law event, this October 23-25th, co-presented by the Animal Legal Defense Fund and the Center for Animal Law Studies at Lewis & Clark Law School.

Participants’ safety is our top concern, and we’re thrilled to offer an interactive virtual experience via a user-friendly platform. Attendees will enjoy online exhibit booths, live and recorded sessions, opportunities to network with other attendees and speakers via public discussion boards, private or group text and video chats, live polls, Q&A during sessions, and more!

Our updated agenda — focusing on “Impacts on Animals in a Changing Climate” — spaces out sessions over three days, with plenty of time built in to meet other attendees and explore the virtual space. You’ll also hear from award-winning author Jonathan Safran Foer who will discuss his latest book, We Are the Weather: Saving the Planet Begins at Breakfast.

Date: Oct. 23-25, 2020

Location: Online

I hope to see you online!

For the animals,

Stephen Wells, Executive Director
