Super PACs can accept unlimited amounts in contributions and can spend just as much to influence the outcome of federal elections through independent political activities like TV ads and rallies. And they don’t have to disclose where the money came from until long after votes are counted!

This has resulted in large corporations and the ultra-wealthy pouring millions of dollars into super PACs in order to support certain candidates and sway our elections.
