Every day, Mike is reminding folks in Mississippi and all over the country to mask up in the face of coronavirus. Wearing a mask is a simple yet effective way to better protect your loved ones, neighbors, and others in your community.

Up until last week, our state did not have a mask requirement, and cases have been surging. Mississippi has the highest positivity rate of new cases, and our hospitals are struggling to get by. But now, like many other states, Mississippi is requiring everyone to wear a mask in public for the safety of others.
