Trump’s historic unpopularity and international blunders are complicating MAGA’s push to rig the midterm election.

In Florida, the GOP is rapidly descending into chaos as Republican leaders split on how they can gerrymander to net more red seats. Florida is getting hit hard by the fallout of the Iran war and Trump’s massive cuts to health care.

The war in Iran has backfired. Gas prices are soaring. The cost for food and other everyday items is poised to skyrocket. 

Iran’s willingness to fight and to strangle oil exports and other commerce in the Strait of Hormuz caught Trump and his incompetent sycophants in charge of our national security off guard. 

The effects of Trump’s disastrous decision to attack Iran are being felt worldwide, and our economy looks headed for a recession. 

And now, Trump’s desperate plea to our allies and European partners to help the U.S. patrol the strait and reopen the crucial waterway for oil tankers and cargo ships has been “rebuffed”—a consequence of his impulsive, go-it-alone decision to follow Israel into endless war.

On top of all of this, our stealth campaign to redistrict blue state Colorado is adding another unexpected wrinkle to what MAGA thought would be an easy path to a permanent majority. 

Trump is like a cornered wild animal right now. What he will do next to hold power this midterm and in future elections is anyone’s guess — but we have to prepare for MAGA to unleash Armageddon to stop us from winning while they still can.
