Susan Collins likes to call herself an "independent voice"... but that’s hard to believe when she relies on right-wing partisan operatives like Karl Rove who founded and led dark money groups that spent tens of millions backing Republicans around the country.
It’s all just political theater. When it comes down to it, she will vote for whatever right-wing legislation Trump and McConnell tell her to.
