John,

The radical Left’s assault on the Church continues. But we just took action in court.

Singing remains banned in church in California. No matter the steps churches take with masks and social distancing, not a single person is allowed to sing praises to God.

It’s unthinkable that this order could stand. Worship is an essential part of church. It’s an essential part of our faith. For Christians, the Bible directly commands it numerous times. But the commands of Psalm 96 (“Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth. Sing to the LORD, praise his name”) are BANNED.

We just made a critical new court filing in our lawsuit to stop this draconian abuse of power and targeting of the Church during a pandemic.

But we face a significant challenge. We’re going head-to-head against a powerful state government and its inexhaustible resources.

We urgently need your Tax-Deductible support. We’re launching our August Matching Challenge. TODAY – as we go to court in a case that could quickly head to the Supreme Court – your gift will be DOUBLED.
