Self-described ‘constitutional attorney’ talks secession to hate group gathering
The League of the South, a neo-Confederate hate group whose goal is to create a separate Southern nation, held a gathering in Lake City, Florida, earlier this month in which a self-described “constitutional attorney” presented information on the theory of nullification and why “federal use of undelegated power is theft.”
