• Democrats cannot flip the Senate if we lose this race, and the latest public poll in Colorado has our opponent within single digits.


• Republicans have already waged a $9 million smear campaign against John Hickenlooper, and we expect more negative ads to come. In fact, the GOP is spending another $21 million to attack Democratic candidates this week.


• August is a notoriously bad month for online fundraising. And we cannot afford to miss any goals in the final weeks of this election if we want to flip this seat.
