With FISA Section 702 renewal expected on the House floor shortly after the Easter break, Deep State officials are pushing HARD to FORCE your representative to continue the Spy States’ “Crown Jewel.”

But inside sources are reporting House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) might not have the votes to bring renewal to the floor unless it includes a warrant requirement.

According to Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT) -- a HUGE fan of the Surveillance State –- President Trump’s backing of renewal without reform will likely persuade some Republicans, but it is “toxic” to Democrats.

The battle lines are being drawn, with Democrats refusing to help Republicans on a procedural vote to bring Section 702 to the House floor.

Many Republicans are following lockstep with Donald Trump on the issue, despite Trump's previous opposition to renewal.

Rep. Darin LaHood (R-IL) said, “If the president of the United States wants a clean reauthorization with no warrant, tell me your reasons why you would vote against him?”

One really good reason is that the Constitution requires a warrant!

Ultimately, the Republicans can’t afford to lose many in their party to ignore the Constitution.

Mike Johnson will have to rely on his ultra-thin majority just to get to the final vote –- just TWO Republican dissidents can keep the bill from making it to the floor!

It’s the perfect storm, Patriot.

You and I simply must INCREASE the pressure or risk going down to defeat once again.

But we need the resources to kick up a groundswell of support to defeat the Surveillance State -- and we need them right now.
