Dr. Fauci is speaking out on the “unfortunate disparity of health” -- telling BET that the federal government should focus its resources on communities of color.

Systemic racism -- the kind that forces ethnic minorities into jobs without benefits, crowded housing, and ill health -- is the reason Black and brown Americans have seen such a devastating impact from the virus. But while Dr. Fauci is recommending relief, Trump is tweeting messages like the one below:

While it’s true that “much of our country” -- the richest, whitest parts -- are doing comparatively well, the rest of the country is hurting.
