Hi, John!

There’s a specific moment every year when the temperature hits 60° (for some, 80°!) and something in the collective mood shifts. The heavy coats come off, the sun feels a little brighter than it did the day before, and suddenly people linger outside a little longer than they meant to. Strawberry iced matchas are back. Walks that were supposed to be quick turn into a few extra blocks. Some people call it “fake spring.” But for a moment, things start looking up.

Maybe that’s the quiet magic of the first warm day after a long winter. It reminds us that seasons really do turn, that energy can reset, and that small changes — more light, warmer air, a reason to open the windows — can shift how we move through the world. There’s something hopeful about that feeling. Not a grand transformation, just a subtle nudge that says: a new season is here, and you get to step into it however you want. 🌸

And with a new season often comes new moments worth celebrating. As we enter a new month, I want to quickly reflect on a few of the things that brought me joy throughout March:

✅ Women being able to do everything [[link removed]]! 💁🏾‍♀️
✅ Spring finally showing up. 🌸
✅ Voters in North Carolina, Texas, and Arkansas [[link removed]] breaking early voting records. 🗳️
✅ Our Co-Chair Jayson Tatum [[link removed]] making his season debut. 🏀
✅ Michael B. Jordan [[link removed]] taking home the Best Actor award at the 98th Oscars! 🏆
