USA Today: “Trump weighing executive order to force insurers to cover pre-existing conditions, something Obamacare does”

Last night, Trump said that he’ll sign an executive order to “protect pre-existing conditions” … the very same protections he’s trying to destroy in court! 
 
 
Someone in the White House should let President Trump know that the Affordable Care Act already protects pre-existing conditions for 133 million Americans. 
 
There is a simple way the President could have protected our healthcare: He could have opposed the lawsuit trying to destroy the Affordable Care Act. 
 
But that’s not the path Trump chose. Trump chose to destroy our healthcare. 
 
Xavier is taking him to the Supreme Court this fall to stop him and save pre-existing condition protections. We need to call out Trump’s latest gaslighting shenanigan, team. We need the President to care about our health and actually follow the law:
