While Louie Gohmert sits at home to recover from COVID-19, one would assume he’s focused on preventing rural hospital closures. Or figuring out how East Texans can get access to broadband. Or maybe even coming up with solutions to re-open our schools safely.

Guess again. Louie’s using his free time to jump on Sean Hannity’s radio program to spread fake news. This week, millions of people listened to Gohmert ramble on for eight long minutes about taking Hydroxychloroquine.

He not only advocated it as a preventative for coronavirus but he and Hannity pushed bogus studies that “proved” its effectiveness.

That’s enough. Louie would rather misinform millions of people with possible fatal consequences than do the right thing. His absurd claims are going to get people killed. Help us kick this loose cannon out of office before it’s too late. Pitch in $25 now >>>

The Food and Drug Administration along with medical experts don’t stand behind Hydroxychloroquine, and neither should you. Louie’s actions don’t represent East Texas’ values at the slightest. His statements are dangerous for his supporters, and it’s embarrassing the people of East Texas.
