Our campaign shattered our launch record. Through our work with Progressive Victory, we earned the support of 490+ new donors during No Kings weekend.
People like you are ready for change and investing in this campaign to see that change happen. This Tuesday, March 31st, marks the end of the quarter and it matters more than you might think.
The final quarter before early voting begins.
In politics, the numbers don’t just tell a story. They send a signal. When campaigns file their quarterly reports, the political world is watching. Big donors watch. Party insiders watch. The media watches. And what they’re looking for is momentum.
The establishment builds momentum with PAC money. With corporate bundlers. With a phone tree of lobbyists writing five-figure checks. That’s how you manufacture the appearance of a winning campaign.
We build it differently.
This campaign has never taken a check from a monopoly, a foreign lobby, executives destroying our world, or a trade association looking to buy access. We don’t have a Rolodex of corporate bundlers. What we have is something more powerful: you.
Our donors are real people. That is our momentum. And it’s the only kind that means anything.
What We’re Up Against
On one side, you have the Republican incumbent. 18 years in Washington, a voting record that has delivered hospital closures, higher bills, and broken promises to working families. His campaign war chest is filled by the same industries that profit from your pain.
On the other side of the aisle, we see the establishment supporting a candidate who has a similar donor list as the Republican. Here’s the secret: PACs don’t care which party wins as long as they own the winner. They hedge their bets. They write checks to both sides. And in return, they get access, influence, and protection.
Unfortunately, this has historically been the game of politics. And I refuse to play it.
I grew up on WIC and free school meals. I fought to make sure 25,000 Virginia families could put food on the table and that tens of thousands of children received free school meals. I didn’t do it for a donor. I didn’t do it for a party. I did it because that’s what public service actually means.
Our campaign is built on one radical idea: that your representative should actually represent you. Not lobbies. Not corporations. Not foreign interests. Just you.
I Can’t Do This Alone
The truth is that grassroots campaigns cost real money. Knocking on doors costs money. Running digital ads costs money. Building the infrastructure to win costs money. The difference is where that money comes from. Every dollar we raise from people like you keeps us accountable to you, not to a boardroom.
So before midnight on March 31st, we’re asking you to make a contribution whatever you can afford.
$10 [ [link removed] ] will print 100 pieces of literature.
$50 [ [link removed] ] will help us get 25 yard signs across neighborhoods.
$125 [ [link removed] ] will help us phone bank and send postcards to voters in hard to reach areas.
It all adds up. It all counts. Because when we file that report, we want the world to see that this campaign is different. That Virginia’s 1st has a candidate who isn’t for sale. The donor class is counting on you to stay home, stay silent, and let the same old game play out the same old way.
Prove them wrong today.
