I'm Ian Wyatt, editor of IPO Watch.

25 years ago, I launched Wyatt Investment Research. My goal has always been to help individual investors build wealth by investing in America’s innovative growth companies.

Recently I launched IPO Watch to help investors tap into new Initial Public Offerings and Pre-IPO deals.

**2026 could be the most significant year for Initial Public Offerings since the dot-com era.**

The IPO market was basically frozen from 2022 through 2024. Rising interest rates, a shaky stock market, and investor caution kept hundreds of companies on the sidelines. The pipeline built up.

Now the dam is starting to break.

We've already seen dozens of IPOs year-to-date — running about a third ahead of this same period last year. The average new listing is up 11% from its offering price. A handful of big winners have already emerged.

**First day winners include Veradermics +122%... Braiin + 338%... and Swarmer +520%.**

But the real story is what's coming.

Three companies have the potential to make 2026 one for the history books: **SpaceX, OpenAI, **and** Anthropic**. These aren't ordinary IPOs. SpaceX alone is targeting a valuation of $1.75 trillion — which would make it one of the most valuable companies in the world on day one.

When deals of that size go public, it opens the floodgates. Mid-size companies get more confident. Investors get excited. The whole market heats up.

That's exactly why I launched IPO Watch.

Every day I'll send you a short note covering what's happening — upcoming deals, recent IPO performance, pre-IPO opportunities, and my personal take on what's worth watching.

My goal is simple: help you spot the opportunities before the crowd does.

Everyone is super excited about SpaceX. And I’m happy to share the secret backdoor for claiming a stake – before the Nasdaq listing.
