Friend,

FPC made waves last week when we filed a brand-new federal carry lawsuit on Friday: Zimmerman v. Bondi. <[link removed]> And this is a big one!

Zimmerman is a direct shot aimed at National Park carry bans, which means gun owners across the country will be affected by this new lawsuit!

FPC is seeking a PERMANENT INJUNCTION against the enforcement of these unconstitutional carry bans, as well as other relief.

<[link removed]>POWER THE WORK! <[link removed]>

Zimmerman joins our other recent carry lawsuits like FPC’s legal challenge to the Times Square “sensitive place” carry ban.

This means, just like we promised, our NFA Lawsuit Blitz has been joined by, you guessed it, FPC’s Carry Lawsuit Blitz!

But there’s still so much more that we have on tap, and we can’t wait to share it with you as soon as our legal team gets things filed!

Meanwhile, if you’d like to personally help us haul tyrants into court, you can make an impact right now by donating to our legal program.

If you give $250, $100, $50, or even $25, you will be entered to WIN an FN Highpower. But be advised our FN contest wraps up this coming Tuesday. <[link removed]>

Therefore, if you still want the chance to win this awesome FN, you need to act now, Friend!

For freedom and liberty,

The FPC Team

P.S. The courts are limiting relief, which means that membership could be the difference between being protected under an FPC-secured injunction or not, but truly, your membership provides the monthly firepower we need to stay three steps ahead of the anti-rights tyrants in the courts. If you’re not already a member, we need YOU in this fight right now, Friend!
