If we want to protect the future of the Supreme Court, we HAVE to defeat Mitch McConnell. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.

There's no question whoever wins the White House in November will nominate new Supreme Court justices over the next few years. But will Democrats be able to confirm more justices like Ruth Bader Ginsburg, or will Mitch McConnell simply refuse to hold a vote or even a hearing like he did with Merrick Garland until he can confirm another Kavanaugh?

Luckily, we have our best chance ever to defeat Mitch McConnell this November - two new polls are showing a virtually TIED race with Democrat Amy McGrath - but a Republican Super PAC just started airing $4.3 million of TV ads in Kentucky to try to protect McConnell and hold onto the GOP's Senate majority.

The Senate and the future of the Supreme Court are at stake, and everything depends on sending Mitch McConnell packing by helping Amy McGrath win Kentucky's critical Senate race.
