We’re pulling all the stops to reach our $100,000 end-of-quarter fundraising deadline before Tuesday at midnight.

And it only takes one tweet from MAGA Rep. Derrick Van Orden to understand why:

Seriously, how would you describe a sitting Congressman who openly celebrates letting millions of kids go hungry in school? Or kicking millions of Americans off their healthcare plans?

He’s not even trying to hide it. He’s saying the quiet part out loud — and cheering it.

The good news? His district — for the first time in years — is a toss-up. Will you rush $10 or more before our quarter-end fundraising deadline Tuesday at midnight to give Van Orden the boot and give Wisconsin’s 3rd a leader they can count on?

But that’s not all.

Wisconsin’s next Supreme Court election is just 10 days away, and our success or defeat on April 7th will be a telltale sign of WisDems’ strength going into the November election.

Electing Judge Chris Taylor means showing that Wisconsin won’t stand for far-right extremists like Maria Lazar or Derrick Van Orden.

But if we fall short, Lazar’s victory would be a green light for mega-donors around the country to capitalize on MAGA’s momentum and lay the groundwork for a red wave in November.

We can’t let that happen.

That’s why we need to get boots on the ground, doors knocked, and Democratic voters registered — both ahead of our critical April 7th election, and for the November elections down the road — and reaching our $100,000 end-of-quarter fundraising goal is exactly how we do that.
