Coronavirus has impacted every aspect of our economy, including pushing mortgage interest rates to record lows, and many people are taking this opportunity to purchase their first home.  In fact, over half of the primary market is made up by folks under the age of 35.  But this process can be overwhelming and confusing, which is why I am hosting a virtual event for first time home buyers to learn the ins and outs of purchasing a house from mortgage experts and real estate professionals, including folks from Columbus Realtors.
