1. We have a brand new opponent, and he’s… unusual. Beyond our two far-right Republican opponents, a new independent candidate just entered the race against Brittany. Translation? We’re about to face attacks from all sides.

3. Brittany is a do-something Democrat. She’s worked for years to tackle Colorado’s housing crisis head-on, expand access to affordable child care, and take real steps to hold Trump’s criminal administration accountable — and she’s just getting started.

5. She made Colorado’s elections the most accessible — and secure — in the country. Don’t have to wait in line for hours just to cast your ballot? You can thank Brittany for that.

7. Colorado’s 7th isn’t like most Democratic districts. It’s a balanced mix of urban, suburban, and rural communities alike — which means it takes a lot of resources to visit every corner.
