It's been a busy few weeks as we head into the final three months until Election Day! Check out what Sara and the rest of the team have been up to in the latest installment of our District Digest:

Last week, we hosted our third virtual town hall, this time with Professor Peter Bolland and Dr. Abdimalik A. Buul discussing how to be a good ally in the movement for racial justice. While COVID-19 had us celebrating a bit differently this year, it didn't stop us from taking part in Pride at the Chula Vista Car Parade.

Sara pitched in at the Lemon Grove Recreation Center food distributions to help our neighbors in need.

And we banded together to collect basic needs and provisions for our Sailors displaced by the fire aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard.
