The Daily Politics

Dear Reader,

Ever find yourself filling your shopping cart with crappy food you
swore you would stop eating?

Do you wolf down a bowl of ice cream before bed, cursing yourself just
moments after the last bite?

Does it feel like your drive to eat less and lose weight never lasts
for more than a little while?

If so, let me say two things.

#1: It's not your fault.

I'm not saying that to be nice.

It's the truth.

Our grandparents did not live in a world where billion-dollar
corporations hire Ivy League scientists to addict us to fattening
foods.

We do.

America's food system has turned us into an army of mindless "momentum
eaters", stuffing our faces non-stop _just because!_

So forget about trying to "resist" and "discipline" your way to eating
less. You might as well try spitting into an inferno.

As the movie villains say, resistance is futile.

That's okay though, because . . .

#2: Research has revealed a much easier way to lose weight.

In fact, not just easier, but more effective and sustainable, too.

It's too much to spell out in one email.

But if you're interested in a totally different approach than what you
have tried so far . . .

Take a few minutes to look at this page.

It breaks down the new research, plus a specific food (that I
practically guarantee you aren't eating right now) which can jumpstart
your weight loss in a powerful way.

I think you'll find this new perspective really refreshing.

To your health.
