In case we haven’t met, I wanted to say hi. I’m Travis! I’ve been at NARAL for over a decade, and I think it’s fair to say I’ve seen a lot over the last 6 election cycles. I’m sure I’ve told you many times that this is “the most critical election of our lifetimes.”
But 2020 is different.
We’re just 88 days out from Election Day, and I’ve never seen anything like this. A president who divides people for sport, ignores a pandemic, and attacks reproductive freedom on a near-daily basis. A Republican Senate, led by Mitch McConnell, who rubber stamps Trump’s agenda. An anti‑choice, anti‑freedom majority on the Supreme Court that threatens our fundamental freedoms.
That’s why we’re doing something for the first time in NARAL’s history. With so much at stake, we’re inviting our best supporters (that’s you!) to join our upcoming Our Freedom, Our Fight: NARAL Activists' Summit — a place for people like you and me to connect with each other, share skills, and make sure we’re prepared to make the biggest impact possible between now and November.
