Earlier this week, our campaign treasurer Gordon touched base about the good news that we reached our end-of-month goal in July.

I really appreciate everyone on #TeamLizzie who responded to our calls for contributions ahead of the deadline last month.  Every campaign relies on a strong foundation of resources.  It determines what we can — and can’t — do before November, and ultimately, it plays a big role in whether we can send Lizzie back to Congress, keep TX-07 blue, and defend the House Majority.

We ended July in a strong position, but that doesn’t mean it’s time to let up.  In fact, our race is getting more competitive every day.  We know that our opponents are already saying things that just aren’t true — and they will spend lots of money to further false attacks.

We need to repeat our successes from July ten-fold between now and November.  If you can, please make a contribution to the TX-07 Defense Fund today to help fuel our campaign.
