Friend, the more we learn about the explosion in Beirut, Lebanon, the more devastating the crisis becomes.
The death toll continues to rise and 300,000 people — nearly 80,000 of them children — have lost their homes.

I'm sure you've seen the videos of a catastrophic explosion and the photos of its victims. But if you look closely, you'll also see people running toward the disaster zone. Those people are health and other frontline workers and they need your help, Friend.
The explosion destroyed five of UNICEF's seven vaccine storerooms and the country's public storage of personal protective equipment (PPE) that health workers need to fight COVID-19.
