Friends, Eric Esshaki and I are both running to represent Michigan's 11th District. That's where the similarities end.
I was elected in 2018 to fight for Michigan's working families. Eric Esshaki can't relate to the struggles of hard-working Michiganders -- Esshaki loaned his campaign $100,000+ out of his own pocket.
As your Congresswoman, I work to be as transparent and collaborative as possible, spending as much time as I can listening to constituents and explaining what I'm working on. Esshaki prefers to use his platform to spread conspiracy theories and misinformation.
When the pandemic hit, I worked with local officials to provide relief on the ground and worked in Congress on vital recovery packages.Esshaki prefers to sue Governor Whitmer (true story!) and call her rude names for taking basic and necessary safety precautions.
The choice couldn't be clearer -- Eric Esshaki doesn't represent the values of Michigan's 11th. If we want to continue building on the good work we've done over the last two years, we need to come together right now, because national Republicans are preparing to flood our district with outside money. We still need 78 donations to our Rapid Response Fund -- will you pitch in to give MI-11 a Congresswoman it can be proud of?
