Beta-agonists, a class of animal drugs, are banned for use in animal feed in
other countries. Yet they are widely used on cow feedlots in the United States.

Not only is this class of drug cruel and harmful to animals, causing them to
suffer psychological stress and physically deteriorate, it leads to increased
risks for food safety. The drug residues that end up in meat products have been
linked to heart and respiratory issues in consumers.
